Missing Case and Guns in Grey Highlands

The OPP in Grey County are asking for help from the public in finding a lost gun case that contained two firearms.

The owner of the weapons had been target shooting at a gravel pit in the Municipality of Grey Highlands Saturday. When he returned to his home in Collingwood that evening, he discovered the gun case was missing from the back of his pick-up truck.

He retraced his route, but could not find the gun case, and called police.

Anyone finding this black plastic military-style gun case with two Tikka rifles is asked to contact the OPP immediately.

The missing firearms are:

1. Tikka T3 Light - 7 mm caliber Rem mag with a stainless steel barrel and a Nikon Pro Staff 5 scope.

2. Tikka T3 Light - .338 caliber Rem mag with a black barrel and a Vortex Viper scope.
