Update: Victim Identified In Fatal Morning Crash South of Exeter

The OPP has identified the woman who died in this morning's three-vehicle crash on Hwy. 4, south of Exeter.

Police say early investigation revealed that a northbound Jeep Wrangler and a southbound Toyota Solara collided.  The jeep then collided head-on with a southbound Chrysler Intrepid.

The lone occupant of the Chrysler Intrepid, 46-year-old Mary Jane Forrester of South Huron, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the jeep, a 19-year-old form Middlesex-Centre, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries in hospital.

Occupants in the Toyota Solara were transported to hospital for observation and have since been released.

Hwy. 4 between Kirkton Rd. and Crediton Rd. has been reopened as of 3:45pm.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
