Minto Solves Dumping Problem

Minto council has solved the problem of letting outsiders dump in Harriston.

Council earlier closed the trailer dump station in Harriston to all but local residents.

Council has decided that non-Minto residents living within 50 km of Harriston can pay $100 for five years dumping access, which includes a $20 deposit for a key.

Minto residents can use the dump station for a $20 key deposit.
