Wellington OPP have recovered the vehicle they believed was used during a bank robbery in Drayton last week.

Officials say while they still search for suspects, they have recovered the dark-coloured Mazda SUV used during the robbery at the RBC on Main Street on Monday.

Police say a lone male suspect entered the bank and demanded cash from an employee while holding a handgun. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Investigators are still searching for the male and the female driver. She is described as a Caucasian female, in her 20's, with short shoulder-length hair.

The male suspect is described as a white male with a thin build and around 5'8" tall. He was wearing a black and dark green spring coat, black toque and scarf and navy blue sport pants at the time of the offense.
