Huron Kinloss signs OPP Contract

Huron-Kinloss will appoint a police services board, following the signing of a new OPP contract.

Council approved a new three-year contract , which allow them to appoint a police services board.

Through the board, OPP can now be instructed to issue municipal by-laws.

Deputy Mayor Wilfred Gamble expects Huron-Kinloss council to appoint a police board over the next couple months

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
