End-of-Life Care Meeting Draws Crowd In Clinton

Over 100 people attended a public meeting in Clinton last night on End-of-Life Care.

The Huron-Perth Hospice Palliative Care Collaborative hosted the meeting, and Executive Lead Mary Cardinal says that's a clear indication of the level of interest in the community.

Cardinal says Huron County has more in place now than many people realize, but it's not well co-ordinated and that has to be addressed.

Cardinal adds the Collaborative will be meeting Wednesday to review the information from last night's meeting, and try to form a steering committee. But she points out the Collaborative will not direct that committee.
