OPP Search For Window Smashing Suspect In St. Marys

Perth County OPP are looking for a suspect after a pair of windows were smashed in St. Marys.

Saturday night police were dispatched to Little Falls Public School after the alarm was triggered. The window of a portable classroom was smashed but nothing was taken.

Yesterday, the OPP were called to the Pyramid Centre after a window at the aquatic centre was broken. The force used to smash the window spread glass into the pool and onto the deck.

Surveillance footage at the Pyramid Centre was able to capture an image of the suspect and determined the window was broken Saturday night, just before the incident at Little Falls Public School.

The suspect is described as male, 5'11, In his late twenties with dark hair, a medium beard and mustache.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
