North Huron Group Will Fundraise For Townhall Theatre

It is going to take some time, but the Wingham Town Hall Theatre will eventually re-open.

North Huron council has given its support, and named the Town Hall Theatre Committee a committee of council as they raise the money needed for the project.

It is estimated the committee needs to raise around $100,000 to install fire doors, sprinklers, a projector, retractable screen, and heating and cooling system.

All money will be raised by the Wingham Town Hall Theatre Committee. They hope to cover most of the cost through grants.
