Drugs, Cash And Equipment Seized In Listowel

Over $18,000 worth of cash, trafficking equipment and drugs were seized from a Listowel home on Thursday.

Perth County OPP says they discovered the drugs after they executed a search warrant at a property on Derry St.

Police seized around $800 worth of cocaine, heroin, meth and cannabis in the bust.

A 47-year-old man and 40-year-old woman are facing drug possession, trafficking and weapons charges.

They are due to appear in a Stratford courtroom on Friday.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
