(BlackburnNews.com file photo by Matt Weverink)A man is in serious condition after a tractor trailer was forced off Dufferin County Rd. 124 by strong winds northeast of Shelburne.
The lone driver had to be extricated from the tractor trailer by firefighters after being trapped for over an hour.
Police say the winds continue to be very strong in the area.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
