Goderich Welcomes Four New Doctors

The Town of Goderich officially welcomed four new doctors to the community last night.

Family Practitioner Tamara Steinmann, psychiatrists Mark Reddington and Cheryl Willsie and General Surgeon Tiffaney Kittmer have been practicing in the town for some time, but last night was the official welcome.

Dr. Steinmann explains her husband found work in Goderich first and she followed and she says the timing was right for her.

Physician Recruitment Lead Gwen Devereaux says Goderich has done well over the last couple of years in recruiting doctors, but the town still needs a couple of specialists and they're still recruiting for family medicine.

She adds there are still orphan patients in the Goderich area so they will continue recruiting.
