Grey Roots Regional Heritage Fair Starts Tomorrow

The Grey Roots Regional Heritage Fair started today with an amazing look into Canada's past.

Student research on the heroes, legends, milestones and achievements in our history will be on display, with the authors on hand to interpret the information.

Three successful delegates will move on to present their work at a Provincial Showcase in Toronto.

The fair projects are on display to the public in the Grey Roots Foyer today, and from 10:00am to 5:00pm tomorrow.

Seven schools are sending the top students projects from each class.

Participating schools are Bayview Public, Chesley District Community School, GC Huston Public, Keppel-Sarawak Elementary, Meaford Community, St. Peter and St. Paul’s and Sullivan Community.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
