Grey-Bruce-Huron St. John Ambulance will be honouring their volunteers at a luncheon and awards presentation in Hanover on Sunday.
Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound MP Larry Miller and Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound MPP Bill Walker will be at the event, along with Hanover mayor Sue Paterson.
Last year volunteers in Grey, Bruce and Huron spent over 13,000 hours of community service through their Medical 1st Response and Therapy Dog programs.
The event will take place at the P&H Centre starting at 1pm.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
