Ontario PC Leadership Vote Wrapping Up

It's the final day for Progressive Conservative members in the province to vote for a new party leader in Ontario.

Provincial Deputy Leader Christine Elliott and federal Conservative MP Patrick Brown are in the running.

Party members in the Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound area can vote at the Owen Sound Legion between 3pm and 9pm today.

Those members in the Huron-Bruce riding can vote at the Teeswater Town Hall and at the REACH Centre in Clinton, again between 3pm to 9pm.

The winner will be announced on Saturday.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

As part of a partnership between the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 and City of Sarnia, an unveiling ceremony will be held at the corner of Christina Street and Wellington Street on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
