UPDATE: OSPCA Investigation In Harriston

OSPCA and police were at house in Harriston earlier this week as part of an investigation.

The home on Margaret St. South in Harriston was the subject of an investigation on Wednesday. Witnesses at the scene say OSPCA officials were seen going into the home in protective gear and removing animals. Police arrived on the scene because entry to the home was initially denied.

Names of the people in the home and how many animals were removed have not been released at this point.

Late Wednesday, an OSPCA official stated that the investigation was ongoing and more details would be released.
