Air Ambulance Responds After Exeter Crash

A young driver was airlifted to hospital in London early this morning after a two-vehicle collision east of Exeter.

Just before 7:00, Huron County EMS, OPP officers, and the South Huron Fire Department responded to a crash on County Road 83 between Elimville Line and McTaggart Line.

The crash involved a Pontiac G5 and a tractor trailer.

The 20 year old male driver of the Pontiac G5 was airlifted from the scene with life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor trailer was not hurt.

County Road 83 east of Exeter remains closed between McTaggart Line and Elimville Line for the police investigation.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
