Panovski Back in Goderich Court May 28th

Murder suspect Boris Panovski will appear in court in Goderich by video again on May 28th.

Next week's session will confirm a date for a preliminary hearing, and consider an application for legal aid.

Panovski has a new lawyer, Bob Richardson, of Toronto.

Panovski is accused of killing 70-year-old construction executive Don Frigo last September and wounding Frigo's wife.

The pair were riding horses in Hullet Wildlife Area when the incident occurred.

Panovski and Frigo knew each other through the bird-dogging community.

Panovski is currently being held in custody at Toronto South Detention Centre.

Court also heard that a pre trail meeting was held May 15th.
