UPDATE: Environment Canada Ends Special Weather Statement

UPDATE: Environment Canada has ended the special weather statement. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Huron and Bruce County, warning of showers and isolated thunderstorms with strong wind gusts Monday evening.

The national weather service says a line of showers and isolated thunderstorms, which could bring wind gusts of up to 80 km/h, is expected to reach the shoreline of Lake Huron from Grand Bend through Goderich to Point Clark at around 4:30pm.

Forecasters say the system may reach communities further north and east by early evening.

Lambton County is also included in the statement.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
