UPDATE: Environment Canada has ended the special weather statement. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Huron and Bruce County, warning of showers and isolated thunderstorms with strong wind gusts Monday evening.

Forecasters say the system may reach communities further north and east by early evening.
