The crash at the intersection of Line 40 and Road 110 claimed the life of 16-year-old Jeremy Wickenheiser of Perth East.
Perth County OPP have charged the 77-year-old driver of the pickup truck from West Perth with careless driving.
He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Provincial Offences Court on July 14 to answer to this charge.
