Three Minto Stations Attend Harriston House Fire

Minto Fire is at the scene of a house fire in Harriston at the corner of Maitland and Queen streets.

Minto Fire Chief Chris Harrow says the fire has been knocked down and limited to the second floor.

He says there are no injuries to report and the cause is under investigation.

No damage estimate has been determined.

All three Minto stations attended as well as the OPP and Guelph Wellington EMS.

Crews remain on scene at this time checking for any extension.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
