Guns Stolen in Molesworth Break-in

Guns and ammunition were taken in a break-in at a rural residence northeast of Molesworth.

The break-in was discovered by the homeowner Sunday afternoon, although it's beleived it happened late Saturday.

A gun vault was forced open and two .22 rifles were taken, along with a small amount of ammunition.

Two high-powered pellet guns were also stolen, along with a chainsaw and an iPad and chargers.

Anyone with information about this break-in and theft is asked to contact the Perth County OPP.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
