Elementary students with the Bluewater District School Board will receive their final marks at the end of the school year.
The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario confirms students will receive marks, and ratings for learning skills, but no comments from teachers.
That is due to ongoing work-to-rule job action by the elementary teachers.
The Bluewater District School Board says all elementary report cards will be based on the ongoing assessment and evaluation undertaken by teachers throughout the term.
