The Huron Tract Land Trust Conservancy will host a ceremony to mark its first donation of land tomorrow afternoon.
Chair Roger Lewington explains the trust was formed about five years ago and in that time they've done a lot of preliminary work, but this is their first donation of land.
The land is ten acres of woodlot in the Holmesville area and is being donated by the Mayhew family in memory of Jack and Iris Mayhew.
The dedication will take place at 2:30pm tomorrow afternoon at the site about 2 km south of Holmesville on the Parr Line.
