Students Can Take Advantage of Summer School

Bluewater District School Board is offering summer school at Owen Sound Collegiate and Vocational Institute.

Registration is open for grades 7 to 12 students from all over the area to enroll in the program which runs from July 6 to August 6th.

Students can pick up a lost credit, or get ahead by registering for an extra course, or cooperative education.

That can increase a students flexibility in their path to success.

elementary students can prepare for high school with one or two-week Summer School such as Power-up Literacy, or Math Booster Camp.

There are no course fees or transportation charges for elementary students.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
