Snacks Could Be Available at Huron County Libraries

Huron County libraries may soon be offering a new service.

Cultural Services Director Meighan Wark explains that in the past, library branches have provided coffee and snacks for organizations that booked meeting rooms.

Wark says they're now condidering having coffee and snacks available on a regular basis.

She adds they'll launch a pilot project soon in the new Brussels library and if it works well there, they'll expand it to more branches. Wark says there will be a nominal cost.

They are also looking into the possibility of featuring coffee from local roasters.
