Pigs Stolen From Huron County Farm

Thieves have made off with 69 pigs from a pig farm on Krauter Line.

Huron County OPP officers says that sometime between 12pm June 28 and 9am June 29, those responsible entered a barn through an insecure back door.

Once inside, the thieves managed to load up the pigs and drive away with them.

At the time of the theft, the pigs all weighed about 25-30 lbs.

The total value of the stolen pigs is estimated to be around $3,000.
