Students Back In Class For Career Connections In Healthcare

It's back to school today for a number of students in Huron County.They will be at the Brussels Business and Cultural Centre, the site of the former Brussels Public School.

It's a one-day event called Career Connections in Healthcare.

It's designed for high school and postsecondary students who are interested in pursuing a career in healthcare.

Students registered are from Clinton, Goderich, Exeter, Brussels/Walton, and Seaforth.

Over a dozen different health professionals will meet with the students to explain their experiences, education path, and the opportunities and benefits of working in a rural community.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
