Perth County OPP responded to a break in at a construction trailer on Krotz Street West in Listowel early Sunday morning. Police say a generator and tools were taken from a trailer. Police found evidence at the scene to determine the stolen property was at a nearby home, so they obtained a search warrant. Police recovered stolen property, and charged three men in connection with the break in. Two 21 year old males from Palmerston face charges, along with a 17 year old man. Police say immediate calls about suspicious activity, or unusual noises helped them solve the case.
