Cyclist Charged In Morning Collision

A cyclist is facing charges after colliding with a pickup truck in Listowel yesterday.

Police say around 11 that morning a man rode his bicycle from a private driveway and into the path of a pickup truck on Victoria Ave South.

The rider, a 38-year-old man from Moorefield, sustained minor injuries. He was charged with failing to yield from a driveway.

Perth County OPP wants to remind cyclists to yield when entering onto a roadway from a private driveway.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
