$257K Worth Of Marijuana Seized In Southgate

Around $257,000 worth of marijuana products and [magic mushrooms] pysilocybin were seized from a property in Southgate.

Several OPP units, including the emergency response team, and the canine unit, joined Grey County OPP during a search yesterday of the residence on Southgate Rd. 10.

Police seized drug paraphernalia and a compound Bow as well.

Police have charged a 33-year-old Barrie man, a 25-year-old Orillia man and a 24-year-old Sudbury woman with numerous drug related offences.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
