Stratford Service Ontario Wait Times A Concern

Perth Wellington MPP Randy Pettapiece says people are waiting in line for over an hour at the one remaining Service Ontario outlet in Stratford.

Pettapiece says his office received about ten calls and emails from frustrated residents.

The province closed the Graff Ave. Service Ontario office, and consolidated the service at the Huron St. location.

Pettapiece has written to the minister of government services to say people are clearly having to wait much longer than the province-wide 15 minute average wait time.

He says at the same time fees for drivers licence renewals and plates increased this week.
