West Grey Police Look For Vehicle, Driver And Pedestrian

West Grey police have identified a person of interest relating to reports of someone driving around in a silver Mini Cooper, asking young women for directions and to get in his vehicle.

However, police have been unable to find the young woman spotted getting into the car.

Police say it happened around 1:30pm last Friday afternoon, on Garafraxa St. N in Durham.

Police released a grainy photo of the vehicle and the young woman in the hopes she can be identified so that officers can ensure her well being.

West Grey police are also asking anyone who has had similar dealing with this suspicious person to contact them.

The vehicle and person of interest are thought to be connected to similar incidents in Hanover.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
