Fundraising Begins For Perth County Farm Accident Victim

A fundraising website has been set up for an 8-year-old Perth County boy who lost his leg in a farming accident on Friday September 18.

Donations are being accepted through the website: go fund me, for Colton Hawkins of St. Marys.

Colton's acquaintances call him willed and feisty and determined ad his mother says he is a little trouper but there is a long road ahead.

The money raised will help the family focus on getting Colton back home from hospital. It will help cover expenses like gas, parking and therapy.

The family says they are definitely feeling the love from the community.
