High-Risk Offender Living Near Shakespeare

Perth County OPP have released information about a high-risk offender who is now living in the Shakespeare-area.

In accordance with the Police Services Act, police are advising that 44 year old Danny Patrick Frail has been released from custody and will be living at an address along Highway 7-and-8 in Shakespeare.

Frail is described as male, white 5’7”, 167 pounds, medium build with blonde hair and blue eyes.

He has previous convictions for Possession of Stolen Property, Obstructing Justice, Uttering Threats, Mischief Under $1,000, Assault, Failing to Comply with Recognizance, Failing to Comply with Probation Order and Criminal Harassment.

Frail is bound by a Probation Order with a number of conditions, including abstain from the purchase, possession or consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substance or any controlled substance.

He is also prohibited from possessing any firearm, crossbow, prohibited and restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition, explosive substance or anything that is designed or could be used as a weapon.
