Car Hits Clinton Restaurant

OPP officers have arrested a woman after a car crashed into the wall of a Clinton restaurant.

Police were called around 3:30am this morning, and located the driver of a Kia inside the Ontario St. restaurant, and noted she had been drinking.

Police say the woman also failed a road side screening test.

Beth Ann Clarke, 40, from Central Huron has a court date of November 9 in Goderich to face charges. She also received an automatic 90-day driver's licence suspension.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
