It's been more than a year since Don Frigo of Scarborough was shot and killed and his wife, Eva Willer shot and injured at the Hullet Wildlife Area near Clinton.
Today, a preliminary hearing got underway in a Goderich court for the man accused of carrying out the attack.
Boris Panovski is charged with first degree murder in the death of Frigo and with attempted murder in the wounding of Willer in September last year.
The hearing will take a break tomorrow, then resume Friday, before taking another break until October 19.
