The elementary teacher's province wide job action means a delay in report cards for students with the Upper Grand District School Board.
The reports were supposed to go out in November.
The board will reassess the status of the fall progress reports if the labour situation remains unresolved.
The board says if the job action continues, there would likely be insufficient time for the completion of the reports.
Instead, school staff will be focused on completing and distributing the final Term 1 report cards.
