Police Release More Information after Head On Crash Near Markdale

Grey County OPP say two visitors from Israel were airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a head on crash south of Markdale.

Police say two vehicles collided about 6pm last evening on Highway 10 near Grey Road 120.

A 22 year old male driver, and a 20 year old female passenger, both from Israel , are in a London hospital with non life threatening injuries.

A 23 year old Toronto man driving the other vehicle was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries .

Grey Highlands Fire officials,  Grey County Emergency Services and the Ministry of Transportation assisted at the scene of the crash.  The Highway was closed between Road 120 and Road 130 for about 4 hours.

The investigation continues, and OPP would like to hear from anyone with information about the crash.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
