The Saugeen Maitland Lightning Intermediate "A" team defended last year's gold medal at the World Bauer Invitational in Detroit with a 10-4 win in the final against the Florida Vipers.
The Lightning went undefeated in the tournament, winning five straight.
So far this season, they are 13-0.
Hailey Herman was named tournament MVP with 10 points.
