Owen Sound Water Heritage Centre Announces Fundraiser

The Community Waterfront Heritage Centre in Owen Sound has announced the next phase of its "Be A Pane" project.
The fundraiser aims to raise money to help purchase new windows and insulation on the classic 1953 Dining Car. The CWHC is accepting donations, which can be made in memory or honour of a loved one, and is hoping to raise 17,000 dollars for the project.
A few thousand dollars have already been pledged, and donations of 100 dollars will be commemorated with a plaque in the Dining Car. To donate, contact Jan Chamberlain, the CWHC Board Chair, at 519-371-3333 or at info@waterfrontheritage.
