Wingham Man Found Guilty Of Uttering Threat

A Wingham man has been found guilty of one count of uttering a threat in connection with the cutting down of trees on his property.

Brake had originally been charged with two counts of uttering threats. One of the charges was dismissed.

The charges stem from an incident involving a Huron County forestry services official.

Brake will appear back in Goderich court on December 14 to set a date for sentencing.
