OLG Presents Another Hosting Cheque To Central Huron

The Municipality of Central Huron has received another cheque from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation - this one for just under $188,000.

The municipality has been receiving quarterly cheques for about 15 years now, and over that period the total received is close to $8-million.

Mayor Jim Ginn adds the money is used for capital projects and is not put into the operating budget.

Projects have included road paving as well as other infrastructure projects, and some money has gone to the REACH Centre.
