Walkerton Man Arrested In Motel Break-In

One man is facing charges after a break and enter at a motel in Walkerton.

The Ontario Provincial Police says on Wednesday around 12:13am, officers attended the Walkerton Inn located along Yonge St. S and discovered one of the rooms had been broken into.

As a result, 30-year-old Justin Sptizig of Walkerton has been charged with break and enter, as well as mischief.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
