Woman Dies After Falling From Horse in Puslinch Township

A woman from Acton died last evening after falling from a horse.

Guelph Wellington EMS responded to a call shortly after 6:00 last evening that a woman was in medical distress after falling off a horse in Puslinch Township.

Witnesses at the scene started C.P.R. until EMS arrived.

But 62-year-old Linda Small of Acton was pronounced dead at the scene. A post mortem is to be held today.
