Bones Found in Teeswater Historical In Nature

South Bruce OPP say a forensic anthropologist has determined bones found in Teeswater are historical in nature.

OPP say foul play is not suspected, and there is no threat to the public.

The bones were found on a property in the 1200 block of Bruce County Road 6 August 6th.

The South Bruce OPP, South Bruce OPP Crime unit and the OPP Forensic Identification unit investigated.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
