The list of affected areas include: ELLICE, MILVERTON, PERTH EAST, PEEL, HOWICK, PILKINGTON WEST, WALLACE, GREY, NORTH PERTH, MAPLETON, ARTHUR, MINTO, LOGAN, MOOREFIELD, LISTOWEL.
