Huron County And Partners Celebrate Strategic Plan

Huron County and its nine municipal partners celebrated the progress they've made in their Economic Development Strategic Plan at an event in Clinton Monday night.

OMAFRA Economic Development Advisor Vicki Lass says the process that started in August has been very productive and congratulated all of the participants on their enthusiasm and their ability to rise to the challenge.

Lass points out some of the participants were not sure what they were getting into, but embraced the process and their commitment is reflected in the strategic plan that will be presented to Huron County council this week.

Lass adds the ten partners are all on the same page and recognize their commonalities but can also enjoy their uniqueness.
