Attack Held On to Beat the Petes

All five OHL games went into overtime with three decided by shootouts including the Owen Sound Attack's 5-4 win over Peterborough.

Petrus Palmu scored at 12:42 of the third to force extra time after the Attack gave up a 3-0 lead.

The Attack struck three times in the first period before Peterborough scored in the final minute of the frame to limit the Attack to a 2-1 lead going into the second.

The Petes' Hunter Garlent was the only scorer in the second period. Peterborough would scored twice more in the third before Palmu would find the back of the net to salvage the game for the Attack.

Palmu and Jaden Lindo scored in the shootout to give the Attack the win.

In other OHL action, Sudbury edged Niagara 4-3 in a shootout, North Bay slipped passed Mississauga 2-1 in overtime, Windsor beat Saginaw 7-6 in overtime and Sault Ste. Marie edged Barrie 2-1 in a shoot out.
