Future Uncertain For Brush Drop-off Sites In Mount Forest and Arthur

Wellington North is still debating over the future of its brush drop-off locations in Arthur and Mount Forest.

The idea is that residents have easy access to get rid of brush generated during yard clean-up.

The problem is that the municipality is getting a lot of other garbage mixed in with the brush, and there are environmental and safety concerns associated with the drop-off sites.

Mayor Andy Lennox says council will decide the fate of the drop-offs early in the new year.
