Man Charged In Chatsworth Crash

An 82-year old man faces a charge after a crash in the Township of Chatsworth sent four people to hospital.

The crash happened early Sunday afternoon at the intersection of Grey Rd. 40 and Concession 3A, just east of Chatsworth.

Police say a Toyota SUV was making a left onto Grey Rd. 40 when the crash happened. The driver and two passengers from the car that was westbound on Grey Rd. 40 were taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.

The driver of the SUV, an 82-year old from the Township of Chatsworth, faces a charge of “Turn Not in Safety” and was also treated for minor injuries.
